Invisible

I’ve been invisible from birth 

For death overshadowed it

Now it’s become a cloak

Constantly foreshadowed 

Which both

Suffocates and Liberates

Offers asylum and imprisons

Can I live my whole life in shadows?

Can I exist for decades a mere nonentity?
